This policy explains what personal information Acceleratez Ventures International Limited ("Acceleratez", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
When you register, book a space, request a proposal or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, the course or service you're interested in and your message.
Payments are arranged with us on WhatsApp. This website does not take payments and never sees or stores card details.
To process your registration and payments, send receipts and course information, respond to your enquiries, manage bookings, and tell you about programmes and events if you've asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp, because the forms on this site open a WhatsApp message to us. Our hosting provider, to run this website. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.
We keep student records for as long as needed to run your course and issue and verify certificates. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete them.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics tools that follow you across other sites. Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.
This website does not store what you type into its forms. When you send a form, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and the message reaches us through WhatsApp.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you updates. Email hello@acceleratez.com.ng and we'll respond promptly.
